Join the Prospect Heights Neighborhood Development Council for a town hall-style meeting with
State Senator Eric Adams,
Assemblyman Hakeem Jeffries
& City Council Member Letitia James.
Topics to be discussed include:
- Traffic and transportation (mass transit, street conditions, MTA)
- Local economy (jobs, housing, small business)
- Atlantic Yards (revised plan, new impacts)
The meeting will take place at 7:00PM on Thursday, 10/22 in the auditorium at

2. Atlantic Yards update:
The Court of Appeals of New York State heard oral arguments in the eminent domain lawsuit on Oct 14. Another lawsuit was filed against the MTA by elected officials, DDDB, and other neighborhood organizations.
3. Street Trees:
Several dead trees will be soon be replaced by the Parks Department
